Land­lords can ful­ly deduct the bro­kera­ge fee as adver­ti­sing expen­ses from their ren­tal inco­me. If the ren­tal inco­me is gene­ra­ted as part of a busi­ness ope­ra­ti­on, the agent’s fee can be clai­med as a busi­ness expen­se.
